Increasing numbers of Business Partners are going to market with IBM, using the benefits available through IBM PartnerWorld Industry Networks. This year, more than 24,000 leads have been generated through these co-marketing and sales initiatives and together we’ve published over 250 joint customer wins!
The expansion of IBM Sales Connections now links eligible participants with IBM sales representatives in Europe, Asia Pacific, and emerging markets (such as Brazil and Russia) to help close business faster.
In the first 10 months of 2005, more than 1,200 technical enablements were completed via the IBM Innovation Centers. With the opening of several new centers this year, there are now more than 30 worldwide, and we’re providing you with greater on-site and remote access to the latest technologies, development tools, secure porting labs and expert technical assistance.
We’ve also expanded PartnerWorld Industry Networks this year. It now includes all types of IBM Business Partners and we have added four new industries to help you target customer opportunities in education, fabrication and assembly, media and entertainment, and wholesale. Currently, we have a total of nearly 4,500 participants across 60 countries.
As we build on this success, I’m confident that 2006 will be a banner year for you and IBM.
