IBM Stock Dividend

The board of directors at IBM has indicated the next dividend payment to shareholders will be $.20 per common share, payable March 10, 2006 to stockholders of record February 10, 2006.
Apparently - this dividend payment makes it 361 consecutive quarterly dividends, starting in 1916. That’s a pretty good track record. Pity about the dividend yield these days!
