Well - Big Blue bought Classic Blue. This is another Australian acquisition for IBM Global Services, it wasn’t long ago that they purchased Logicalis, the local arm of a global network services company specialising in VoIP technology.

Classic Blue is in business continuity, and will bring additional capabilities to IBM’s offerings in this area - particularly in some states of Australia where IBM doesn’t have a large presence already. “Acquisition provides IBM with greater national reach, a broader skills base, and deeper small-to-medium business penetration within Australia.”
