Mr. Owens is probably as crooked as the rest of the company. He wrote something called the Caterpillar Worldwide Code of Conduct. He doesn’t follow it, the rest of the company doesn’t follow it. The personnel at the Boonville MO plant are all crooked. David King in HR is a bully, he gets away with playing a doctor. Leslie Ollinger (RN), yeah, right, thinks shes a nurse, thinks she can diagnose a condition. Even facilitators like Clark Williamson got in on the action and started diagnosing problems. I can’t believe that a bunch of people that work at a factory all have medical degrees. Ollinger, just an RN has the gall to override what a doctor says, Mr. Owens doesn’t answer his phone calls, he kicks them back to someone else in the company. Mr. Owens is a fake and should own up to his “World Wide Code of Conduct”. Maybe Mr. Owens should read what he wrote and maybe live by what he wrote. Caterpillar is a corporation of bullies and wrongdoers. They are LIARS!!!!! They make up stories about their employees, they are only interested in PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION. They are not interested in anything else other than making a profit and it doesn’t matter at what cost.
