I am starting a new post category: Spotlight. In these posts, I will be profiling IBM products, services, or programs that people outside IBM may not be familiar with.
This week, the spotlight is on the IBM Institute for Business Value. The Institute for Business Value is a think tank within IBM Global Services that “provides strategic insights and recommendations that address critical business challenges and capitalize on new opportunities”.
The Institute for Business Value website provides over 100 studies across many industries and areas of functional expertise, as well as a newsletter and a podcast series on related topics. Recent additions include the 2006 Global CEO study and a study of prospects and challenges for Chinese companies going global.
