Blogroll please…

IBM now has a blogroll. (Per Andy Piper) One can only surmise that someone at IBM read my post about the benefits of corporate blogging and were convicted that they weren’t doing more.
In Andy’s post above, he called one of his colleagues “desperate for traffic” because they used their name a keyword. Hope he never gets on a project team with that guy. He did use the wink smiley though so maybe he both brandished, and buried the hatched in the same post.

Much as I’d like to endorse your earlier post as the main factor behind the appearance of the blogroll, actually it has been in the works for some time; it has just taken us a while to get it out there.
On the subject of my comments about Richard, I can confirm that the hatchet has been buried. I received an email from the man himself, pointing me to this Googlefight. I’m sure it is rigged in some way… either way, a truce has been called in the friendly rivalry between us… for now…
Incidentally, it may be useful to know that we are unlikely to end up on the same project team, since the resulting combination of WebSphere expertise would be like “crossing the streams” in Ghostbusters
Hope you find the blogroll useful. I’m certainly exploring more of my colleagues’ blogs as a result of it.
