Lenovo pushes brand globally

IBM tops Global Server revenue and Unix Server revenue
According to a recently released Gartner report, “IBM is first in worldwide server revenue for the eleventh consecutive quarter, first in UNIX server revenue with the top position in both the fourth quarter 2005 and full-year 2005, and the number one position in blade server revenue for 2005.”

IBM to invest $1bn in Information Management

IBM completes acquisition of Micromuse
IBM has announced the completion of the aquisition of Micromuse Inc.
IBM announced the aquisition on December 21st 2005, with Micromuse to be integrated into IBM’s Tivoli software brand.
Micromuse specialises in network management software used by banks, telcos, governments, retailers and other such organisations.

IBM has announced a new series of podcasts on intellectual property: “The New Intellectual Property (IP) Marketplace”.
