Lenovo sticks with ThinkPad look and feel
Financial Times reports that Lenovo, the Chinese company which purchased IBM’s PC division last year and has recently rebranded the ThinkPad line of notebooks, has indicated that its efforts to update the ThinkPad look and feel had not been well received by customers, and were likely to be abandoned. IBM uses OpenLaszlo technology in new advertising campaign and tools
IBM’s has recently launched a new advertising campaign centered around innovation. The campaign’s use of OpenLaszlo, a Rich Internet Application (RIA) platform developed by Laszlo Systems, highlights IBM’s increased embrace of RIA technologies.
